SUMMARY
Since my last two projects have been focused primarily on Africa, I decided to switch to learning and focusing on India. I researched and gathered information on children's issues in India. From the missing children cases, to the response to these problems from the government of India, I analyzed almost every aspect of children's problems within the country and researched the reasoning behind why these issues are occurring . I showcased all of this information by creating a "crime desk" using presentation site, Prezi. This "crime desk" included what the desk of a real life detective—I used famous fictional detective, Byomkesh Bakshi, nicknamed the "Sherlock Homes of India"— in India who solves children's cases/issues, would look like.

ENGLISH
For the English portion of the project I conducted insightful research on the life of a child in India. I create a real life document of new two new repots with a missing and found child. I found that area in which the child lived, the annual income and family dynamic, played a role in the issues that a child in India would deal with. I also incorporated the thinking skill, by analyzing how the problems mentioned, also played a role in which how a child would go missing and the urgency from officials in helping find the child.

Children's Case: Arjun Kumawat
Current Age :12 Years 1 Months 0 Days
Gender : Male
Father's Name : Vihaan Kumawat
Place of Disappearance: Khandwa Railway Junction, Madhya Pradesh.
Date of Disappearance: 12/03/2018
13 year old Arjun Kumawat was with older sister, Amoli Kumawat (16 years) in Khandwa Railway Junction. It was approximately midday during the peak of passengers in the railroad station.. “I was looking for work and asking passengers if they needed help carrying anything so that I was able to receive payment to provide dinner for that night. My brother was sickly and was not able to do so and my father was already working at the time.” Amoli stated she told Arjun to stay put on “a bench facing the railroad tracks near a concession stand. He sometimes did this with both me and Arnav ( older brother 18 years of age)” ; she continued to look for work. Amoli states she was gone for about 30 minutes with only making 1.5 rupee when she came back to get Arjun but found him to be gone . “I am worried about him. He has never walked off before and wouldn't have just left without coming to look for me.” Arjun was last wearing a light blue shirt and tan colored khaki shorts with brown tattered sandals.

Social Studies
For the social studies of the project of the I conducted research on the response from the Indian governments perspective to children's issues in the country. I specifically analyzed the following:
- If government acts in place are enforced
- How cases are passed down to those in power
- What is being done to communicate better on the children's issues between the government and public.
Conversational Snippit
Detective #1: "It's as if the no one told them at all. I had to go down to the court house myself to tell the minster. He said that he never received any information on the case. "
Detective #2: "I thought Sheriff Archarya told Detective Dogra to email the sectary of that department?"
Detective #2: "I thought Sheriff Archarya told Detective Dogra to email the sectary of that department?"
Thinking Skill: ReasoningI incorporated the thinking skill, reasoning through the Prezi I created. From describing the living conditions of children in the country, to the response of the government, I presented the reasoning behind why children's issues are on the rise in India.

APT: After Project Thoughts
This project was very insightful to learning more about India and understanding the government, its people etc. I was able to compare the children's issues in this country to other places around the world and what is being done to solve them. I hope I was able to shine a light on this issue and create a conversation on protecting children and their rights in not just one country, but around the world.
